It will be a great "appetizer" and also good one for "dinner". Take 500 grams of meat having a pound of beef and 250 grams of pork which is half a pound of the meatball. Then add some fine chopped onion, minced clove of garlic, four tablespoon of panko bread crumbs, one medium egg, five tablespoons of full fat milk, half a teaspoon of salt and quarter teaspoon of all spices such as black and white pepper.
Use your hand to mix all ingredients well but also make sure of wash your hands before mixing. From this you can make 18 to 20 meatball. Take a piece of mixture and turn into a size of golf ball and squeeze lightly and roll it together.
Here comes cooking process, you need to fry meatballs in a pan. First add necessary vegetable oil and spread evenly on the pan. Then fry the meatballs until it changes to brown colour and transfer the meatballs to a tray.
Now we are going to place them in low oven at 150°C (300 F) about 3-6 minutes
