Making:

Preparation of cooked chickpea:

Take 200 g of chickpea (Zinc rich food) and let them stay in a bowl of water for one night (8 hours). After eight hours of bathing now place the chickpeas in a cooker and add required water to cook chickpea and add little pinch of salt. Then open the cooker after 4-5 vessels in a medium or high flame.

Preparation of sauce:

Take a pan and pour two tablespoon of oil (Refined or Vegetable) and add onions (You don't need to cut in a proper shape as we are going to grind it) then fry for few minutes. Then add 1 inch ginger, 4 garlic, half (1/2) teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 2 teaspoon of coriander powder, 2 teaspoon of chili powder and squeeze quarter (1/4) lemon. Now mix all these ingredient and add some water to masala from burning. Finally add two sliced tomatoes and mix it well and cover the lid and cook for 6-7 minutes.

Once the raw smell of masala was gone then turn off the stove and let it cool completely and then grind it into a smooth paste.

Now take a pan (same pan used for frying) and add 2 tablespoon of oil (Refined or Vegetable) and heat it. Add one cinnamon, three bay leaf, three cloves, three cardamom and half (1/2) teaspoon of cumin seeds, two green chilli and give it a stir. Now let's add the prepared paste in it and add required salt and stir for a minute.

Now add chickpea with its cooked water (as the water contains required zinc and other nutrients) then mix it nicely and let it cook for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes mash some chickpea using masher to get a thick gravy. Give it a mix and let it cook for another 2 minutes and add some coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
