How to cook Chicken Liver - Rich in Nicotinamide

 Chicken Liver Fry:

Uses of Nicotinamide:

Niacinamide (nicotinamide) is rich in vitamin B3 and is used to treat pellagra. Pellagra can cause diarrhea, dementia, tongue swelling, and peeling red skin.

Nicotinamide use in a wide range of dermatological conditions and autoimmune blistering disorders such as acne, rosacea, ageing skin and atopic dermatitis. 

It is also helping to reduce the appearance of acne scars to a great extent.




Ingredients:

• Refined oil

• Fennel seeds

• Cumin seeds

• Green chilli

• One grounded Onion paste

• Two grounded Tomato paste

• Ginger garlic paste

• Chilli powder

• Garam masala

• Fenugreek seed

• Curd 

• 300 gram of Chicken Liver (Rich in Nicotinamide)


Making:

Place a pan on the stove and pour 3 tablespoon of oil, 1/2 (half) a teaspoon of fennel seeds, 2 green chillies and add one grounded Onion paste and stir it for few minutes and add 2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and fry it until the raw smell of onion goes.

Then add 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1/2 (half)  of garam masala and 1/2 (half) teaspoon of dry Fenugreek leaf. Stir it until the mixture mics together and add two grounded tomato paste and stir for few minutes. Add two teaspoon of curd and close the top of the prepared sauce and cook it 2 - 4 minutes on low flame. Add 300 gram of liver and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Again cook it for 5 minutes on low flame and add 1/2 (half) of pepper and a cup of water. Cook it again for 5 minutes in a medium flame. At the end add some coriander leaf.
